Als Lifestyle Coach der ersten Stunde nutze ich gerne an dieser Stelle die Gelegenheit, Ihnen meine Beweggründe zu erzählen, warum ich meinen Weg gemeinsam mit AloeVeritas fortsetze. Ich bin Thomas Krings – Lifestyle Coach mit Leib und Seele.
Zu Beginn werden sich viele von Ihnen die gleiche Frage stellen:
Warum soll ich eine Karriere als Lifestyle Coach starten? Was macht dieses Unternehmen im Vergleich zu anderen so besonders? Auf diese Frage gebe ich Ihnen gerne mehrere Antworten. Zum einen haben wir ausgezeichnete Produkte. Ein ansprechendes, originelles und edles Design, gekoppelt mit der rein biologischen und natürlichen Basis – das spricht meines Erachtens für sich.
Neben den tollen Produkten ist AloeVeritas ein sehr innovatives Unternehmen. Bezogen auf die einzigartige Verpackung der Drink-Gels, die besonderen Inhaltsstoffe – hier kann ich nur von absoluter Hochwertigkeit sprechen. Der BIO-Gedanke zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch die ganze Unternehmensphilosophie. Ob Verpackungen, der Anbau der Aloe oder Merchandising-Artikel – BIO wird hier gelebt.
Was mich persönlich aber fast am meisten überzeugt, ist die unglaubliche Werteorientierung des Unternehmens. Man hört oft genug, dass Werte und Geschichten eines Unternehmens nur nach außen kommuniziert werden – meist schaut es dann innen ganz anders aus. Bei AloeVeritas ist das anders. Das Thema der Wahrhaftigkeit, der Ehrlichkeit und der Fairness wird auch auf oberster Schiene gelebt – und das merkt man bei jedem einzelnen im Team. Jeder ist mit Leib und Seele dabei, brennt förmlich für die Firma – und das ist einfach ansteckend.
Das letzte große Thema ist für mich die Anerkennung. Anerkennung der eigenen Leistung, Respekt und sich etwas ehrlich verdienen. Das fasziniert mich bei AloeVeritas. Man kann als Lifestyle Coach viel erreichen, wird geschätzt und geachtet – und dabei kann man sich seine Ziele ganz individuell setzen und steht nie unter Druck seitens des Unternehmens. Das ist es, was für mich einen tollen Business-Partner ausmacht.
